We, the undersigned residents and concerned citizens of Bear Creek Township and the surrounding region, formally oppose the approval of the proposed industrial data center development without a comprehensive, independent environmental impact study; meaningful public hearings with adequate notice to all affected residents; a full traffic and infrastructure impact assessment; and a transparent review of the project's compliance with the township's comprehensive plan and zoning ordinances.
We call on our elected and appointed officials to halt any further approvals until these conditions are met. Our community deserves a voice in decisions that will permanently alter the character, environment, and quality of life in Bear Creek Township.
